Europe has long been one of the world's largest consumer markets for cannabis resin. The European market for cannabis is now increasingly dominated by herbal products. This change in the market shares of the two types of cannabis products is the result of a shift in how the market is supplied, driven by increased access to specialist knowledge and technology.
The EMCDD fails to acknowledge that prohibition has created the illegal grow industry which is totally uncontrolled as a result of policy, much like here in NZ. The increase in potency likewise is clearly a product of prohibition and the lack of regulation of this massive industry.
By the looks of things we are very lucky here in New Zealand in terms of availability of high quality bud.
